If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:

unopened

in their original condition

in original packaging
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use cannot be accepted.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

items marked as final sale

used or opened products
-
items damaged after delivery
-
accessories worn for hygiene reasons (earrings, etc.)
3. Return Process

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase before processing begins.
After this period, the order cannot be cancelled as it has already entered production or dispatch.
7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
8. Lost or Unclaimed Parcels
Parcels returned to us due to unclaimed delivery, incorrect address, or refusal of customs fees are not eligible for a refund.
A restocking fee may apply.
