I am 178 cm tall, 86 kg, and have an 83 cm waist. I bought a Size 34 waist, even though I usually wear a size 33. In this case, I will say that the waist is true to size. I am hoping for some shrinkage in the pair I bought. The waist has elastic, which allows for about an extra cm. Overall, I am satisfied with the product.
